Steff Berger studied fine arts with a focus on photography in Amsterdam, Berlin, Australia and South Africa. She also gained international experience as a project manager for a subsidiary of Messe Berlin GmbH for many years. In 2010, Steff Berger founded VOBE - Inspires People GmbH (formerly VOBE Event Consulting UG). VOBE manages conferences and events with up to 20,000 participants throughout Europe. Steff Berger's greatest passion is working sustainably with and for people. In her current role as a conference consultant, crisis manager and event manager, her focus is always on people. She sees helping people to find solutions for and with people as a challenge that she is happy to take on.


Steff Berger has been a personal and business coach since 2017 and finds individual solutions for each client. "We will make the difference" and that's what Steff Berger does day after day - with every project, every workshop. Individual and always to the point. The focus is always on intercultural diversity.

All this experience flows into the workshop formats. Steff Berger offers workshops in German and English.
