is our ultimate goal. Not to judge, first of all to consider all points of view, opinions and ideas. And then to make objective and fact-based decisions; for the cause, beyond personal preferences. Regardless of gender, sexual orientation or religion,

Transparent
We are transparent. We submit the offers for the various services directly to the organizer. We are not in any
relationship with the providers and do not receive a percentage. We check the supplier’s offer to see whether it is sensible, professional and meets our previously defined criteria. Only then do we make our recommendation.
Socially responsible
People are the focus for us. We make no distinction as to who is standing in front of us. We take a close look at the rights of
employees in the respective countries and pay attention to those of the service providers: minimum wage, breaks, working hours are not a necessary requirement for us.
Evil, but lived responsibility. We therefore only work with local service providers who also offer their employees a socially responsible working environment.
Respectful as a team
Creating lasting moments with and for people is our passion. Communication at eye level and a
respectful cooperation are our top priority. Our team concept is broad: team means our customers, their participants and everyone who contributes to the success of the event.
Resource-friendly management & sustainability
Sustainability: a big word. And unfortunately sometimes overused, as we find. Anyone who works with us has the right to a clear word – here
is: there will be no greenwashing with us.
But real, sometimes small steps at first, always in line with the current guidelines, and also a few steps further. It is important to us that something changes in the long term. We believe that resource-friendliness is also reflected in the selection and payment of
service providers: fair pay and fair treatment – this is also important to us as a team.
We have built up a network across Europe that is constantly growing. We rely on long-term cooperation with
Partners who share our values and visions. Because making an impact across borders makes us proud.

We are continuously developing. Life Long Learning guarantees innovative event concepts. Our event concepts incorporate multidimensional foresight coupled with specialist knowledge, an understanding of design and a holistic, systematic approach from organizational development as well as current trend topics.
