Together we develop checklists and measures for your events. Using fictitious scenarios, you will approach the topic of event crisis management. In addition to the theoretical learning content, interactive and practical group exercises will teach you how best to prepare for incidents!

The training combines methods from BCM (Business Continuity Management), crisis management and systemic training.
